Two Things

Thing the First: Recently I found on eBay a book titled The Ghosts of Anne & Sylvia by Amber LaParne and Jasmine Paul published way back in 2008. It appears to be in that shady genre of poetry inspired by... I do like the cover and the association it has with their drinking time at the Ritz in Boston. Copies are also on sale via Amazon.

Thing the Second: A student from North Carolina is blogging his way through Boston & Smith College. Please* read Zack Rearick's adventures from the archives. Day 1. Day 2. Port City Poets Blog Home page.

*Disclaimer: He says nice things about this blog.

Loving following Zack's blog, though the limits on the photo's he can share is frustrating!

The whole trespassing thing and posting about it rather idiotic. The kid is dumb. And he clearly doesn't know what a rhododendron is. Knocking on the door at 26 Elmood is also rude; it's an invasion of privacy. This kid needs a clue.

Whoa Anonymous! Chill! Although I have to say knocking on the door of the house unannounced is a bit presumptuous. I posted the links to the first two days because it showed the excitement of the travel and a bit about working with the Plath papers at Smith; but it's less about the archives since.

Aww, it's as if he's Peter's little brother :-) By the way, Zack you should get checked for Crohns if you haven't already....I have a friend w/ Crohns and your symptoms sound similar. Ok, enough with the medical advice....I'm not the surgeon at 2AM after all. kim
